Website Content
The information provided on this website is intended for general guidance only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or free from error. Product specifications, colours, availability and pricing may change without notice. Photographs and digital representations of concrete finishes are indicative only — natural variation in aggregate, colour and texture means that finished products may differ from images displayed on screen.
Nothing on this website constitutes professional engineering, architectural or legal advice. For project-specific guidance, consult a qualified professional and contact our technical team for product specifications relevant to your application.
Quotations and Orders
Quotations provided through our website, by email or by phone are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Final pricing is subject to confirmation of mix specifications, delivery distance, site access conditions and order volume. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal order is accepted by us in writing or through our order management system.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant changes to raw material costs, fuel surcharges or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Any such adjustments will be communicated to you prior to dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver on the agreed schedule, delays may occur due to weather conditions, plant maintenance, traffic, site access issues or other circumstances. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any anticipated delay and work with you to reschedule.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible, that adequate personnel and equipment are available to receive the concrete, and that any necessary council permits or traffic management arrangements are in place prior to delivery.
Product Use
Our concrete products are manufactured to meet applicable Australian Standards. However, the performance of concrete in its final application depends on factors outside our control, including subbase preparation, formwork, placement technique, finishing, curing and environmental conditions. We are not liable for defects or failures attributable to improper handling, placement or curing practices.
We recommend engaging a qualified and experienced concrete contractor for all structural and decorative concrete work. For DIY applications, follow the product guidelines provided and consult our technical team if you have questions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, design and layout — is the property of Adbri Concrete and Quarries SA Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained within it. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
